Scent and liquid checks
Batch consistency starts with the approved sample, which becomes the reference for every bulk order. Fragrance oil is weighed to the formula, and each batch is compared with the retained sample for scent, color and clarity before filling. Any drift is corrected before the batch moves on. This works best when scent, color and formula are fixed at the sample stage, because later changes restart approval.
Filling, pump and outbound inspection
Filling runs on the factory's 16 automated lines, built up over operations that began in 1995. In-line checks cover fill volume, pump function and spray pattern, cap fit and leakage. Labels and codes are checked against the approved artwork. Before shipment, cartons are inspected for quantity and marks. All of this runs inside ISO 22716 and GMP systems, with batch records that support traceability.
